The Silver-Bear-winner by Matthias Glasner has been nominated for 9 German Film Awards, including key categories Best Picture, Director, Screenplay, Actor and Actress in a Leading Role (Corinna Harfouch & Lars Eidinger), Best supporting Actors (Robert Gwisdek, Hans Uwe Bauer), Best Score (Lorenz Dangel) and Best Editing (Heike Gnida).
Aylin Tezel’s FALLING INTO PLACE and Behrooz Karamizades EMPTY NETS also received nods by the German Film Academy with nominations for Best Editing (David Achilles, FALLING INTO PLACE) and Score and Sound (EMPTY NETS).
The award ceremony takes place in Berlin on May 3rd
