Four titles from production and distribution will celebrate their world premiere at this year’s edition of Filmfest Munich, three titles of which are competing in the festival’s New German Cinema section: ALL RUSSIAN LOVE BIRCH TREES Pola Beck’s adaptation of Olga Grjasnowas bestselling novel of the same title will premiere here next to Christopher Roth’s and Jeanne Tremsal’s SERVUS PAPA, SEE YOU IN HELL and Sophie Linnenbaum’s THE ORDINARIES, that will later be distributed in Germany by Port au Prince Pictures in Cooperation with Notsold while world sales are handled by The Match Factory.
Also, MAGNETIC BEATS by César-awarded Debut-director Vincent Maël Cardona will celebrate its German premiere in the festival’s International Independents section.
